The Anticrat

This has been an immense year for the widening partisan chasm... The most notable thing to me is not the pigmentation of the epidermal layer of the US leader however; It's the conservative movement in all-quarters (except perhaps among Democrats, as they are not afforded the ability to be flexible when it comes to partisan loyalties).

More really even than the conservatives / individualists of America beginning to come to life, is the left-wing's unprecedented attack on individualists in order to marginalize them. Indeed Nancy Pelosi, Maureen Dowd, Bill Maher, Kieth Olbermann, et al... have clearly taken to the the idea of inflating the left at any cost; truth being the first and usual victim, but far beyond just the mere lies that they can push on suckers, they want fear. Pelosi didn't invoke Harvey Milk to warn, silly....she did it to incite.

The Left wants a war, they always have, because they knew it would take a purge to get the Utopia they think they want... Now, with absolute power at their finger-tips, many of them think they are finally in a position to facilitate that purge, provided they can justify it... and to justify it, they need bad things to happen, and they need conservatives (aka: "Tea-baggers", Astro-Turf, War-Mongers, Carbon-Spewers, Racists, Homophobes) to blame for them...

A purge is an essential Utopian component... All the Utopians of the past have conducted them. It's a means of making more for those who are chosen by freeing-up the assets and resources of those that were unworthy. The Green Movement is nothing more than a purge movement just as they have always been... It's the movement to justify who deserves purging... Stalin had one... Mao had one... Pot had one... now we have one... Only ours has a world-wide reach, and, given time to fester more, will ultimately lead all those who subscribe to the conclusion that the backwards-thinking-conservative is ultimately the clear-and-present-danger to the balance of humanity.

Having spent a fair amount of my life as a lightweight radical I, like most in that realm, know a few things about leftist extremism that the people who have been middle-of-the-road, church-going, forgiving, family-types most of their lives just have never seen up-close for long...Spending years in that cauldron lends a lot of insight into how it is that we can radicalize ourselves by radicalizing our perceived enemies... And it's uglier than you may think...

Left-wing talking heads will try all-day to have you believe that it's things like Abu Grabe, or Guantanamo Bay that incite people... They will have you believe that it is 'Rendition', and the evil CIA, or Israeli Jews that are responsible for creating unending generations of monsters that will attack the establishment as it were...

But it's not that...It never was that, it's not 'rendition' doing it, it's "Rendition" doing it ...stupid... Not the act itself, but the way a movie packaged it... THAT is what a young naive idealist will carry with them... and those who work in people manipulation in the left know that... It is the invoking of those that radicalizes people... It is the mis-characterization of those that radicalizes people... It is good old-fashioned convincing of people that they have no reasonable choice except to do something rash...This because radicalism is not born of reasonable conclusions, it is born of anger, and hate that requires a catalyst.

It’s not the people who conduct combat operations that are radicalizing, it is the MSNBC’s, The John Kerry’s, and the Jane Fonda’s that, for reasons that are usually at least irresponsible, and generally self-serving, foster misguided conclusions about the way those combat operations are being conducted… That is the root of radicalism, and those people actually already both know it, and willfully seed it…

It is not Glenn Beck, with all of his video tapes, direct context quotes (that have had the effect that only a truth can), and intentionally comedic unsided conclusions that breeds thoughts that only extreme actions will allow you to be fairly heard... it is David Shuster lying about what party that a *hardcore* Democrat like Fred Phelps belongs to, and Nancy Pelosi implying that you aren't who you claim to be, and that you intend on things that you do not, Ron Howard slipping little lines into his otherwise innocuous movies that reinforce the naive believer's ideas... use of misinformation and inflammatory unsubstantiated accusations to radicalize the people they are against , and galvanizing the people they are for with fear (as I was for a time)... They do it, they know they do it, and they are proud of it...

So how do you get out of it? How did they get away from Pinochet when he did it? ...How did one escape Stalin? ...How did you escape the brown-shirts? ...Pol Pot? ...Mao? ...Castro? There will be no definitive America for Einstein to flee to this time ...there is no precedent that I am aware of except refuge, government decapitation, and war... There may be some that I am just not aware of...

The key (it seems to me) is to reverse the reversal... This is the beginning of a machine designed to purge, you have to make that machine fail... How you do that is to see the machine for what it really is *before* it gets in-gear...You need to get inside it, you need to make it wonky, make it fail... If we will do that or not is the question that will define the next hundred years or more of history...

In order to stop a machine of radical polarization, you may find that you have to be a radical yourself, or be apathetic and let it begin, hoping that it eats itself... But be warned that many have thought that before, and it only happened over their long-forgotten graves...

"...Once these left-wing elements are organized and thoroughly convinced that 'evil right-wingers' are bad enough to extinguish, they will try to..."

Agreed...to a point.
There is a definite movement by the Left to 'radical-ize' the populace, notably the young, and they are quite willing to stimulate and spur their followers into action...however, I see a flaw in their "great" plan.
They've not only conditioned the young & impressionable to blindly embrace their Leftist ideology, they've also conditioned into them a sense of self-indulgent complacency. I've seen (and have myself participated in directly) several heated confrontations between two people with opposing ideologies.
In every case, the Leftist...

1) Constantly regurgitated the same talking points...indicating that he or she was too intellectually lazy to think for themselves.

2) Then regressed into name-calling and yelling...indicating loud passion as a (poor) compensation for factual information.

3) Finally, after threatening the opponent with or provoking the opponent into violence, immediately cowered and ran away...clearly showing that, though they claim to passionately believe in the righteousness of their cause, are more concerned about losing a tooth or breaking their nose in a fight than for standing up for what they believe.

Heck, even the so-called anti-war/anarchist/anti-Capitalist protesters of today are constantly wearing masks to cover their faces and act all belligerent solely in an effort to provoke the authorities than to actually "fight for their cause".

It is the fascinating juxtaposition that the Left created with their legions of indoctrinated Leftists: a generation of narcissistic nihilists who gravitate towards whatever ideology makes them feel good about themselves, yet would rather sit around & complain about how much the world sucks in the hopes that somebody else will step up & solve their problems for them.
Hence their love for Obama and the Democrats who promised them their heart's fondest desire on a gold plate.

The only ones who will ever actuallty stand up & fight for what they believe will take the cowardly route of the terrorists (i.e.- Earth Liberation Front, PeTA, Dylan Kliebold and Eric Harris, etc.)...and that will be the death-knell for their movement.

In my opinion, of course.
Still, it is far better to prepare for the worst....just in case!

Thanks for the reply, Sir!

Thanks Xian, I appear to have lost my digital copy of The Coming Insurrection, but I did get a good read in before that...

I think people miss the nexus between the left wing in America and militancy... I only know it's there, because I sort of lived it (in a small, and luckily ineffective way)... But there is indeed a large audience for violent action...and they are left wing, not right, though I have yet to see anyone in the press accurately label them...

In fact I would go so far as to say that between groups such as The New Black Panthers, The Earth Liberation Front, various Mexican Nationalism Militias, Native Militias, Nations of Islam, even SEIU components and ACORN components(I could go on with this list for hours) .... There is a huge audience of violence-ready people looking for the spark to set things off...

The Che shirts are not as naive about Che as many think... The only reason they don't act more is because they lack drive...Pelosi, and people of her type are simply trying to get the conservatives to make the first bang... Once these left-wing elements are organized and thoroughly convinced that 'evil right-wingers' are bad enough to extinguish, they will try to... Look at some of Obama's own speeches about civilian armies, he wants funding comparable to our own military. *cough* AmeriCorp* *cough*

The Columbine shooters were an example of what's out there... and who things like that book are geared towards....

I have nothing to add to this, Sir.
Well done!
You still got it!

I read The Coming Insurrection in the hopes of better understanding what the Left is trying to do to America & the world...I was both curious as well as anxious to see exactly where we seemed to be headed.
With more than a little disappointment, I found it...upon finishing...to be nothing more than a poorly conceived pseudo-manifesto written by some anonymous (read: cowardly) pompous dumb-asses with a predilection for hyperpolysyllabicomania (overuse of big words) and an overinflated sense of self-importance.

I am going back to read it again...hopefully, this time, I'll try to take it more seriously.

Again, great job, Sir!

Well said!

You kinda made me throw up in my mouth a lot when you mentioned Ron Howard. *urp*

His skin is like... poorly manufactured leather stretched over a coat rack.
Those floating pale eyes inside his near- transparent blotchy freckled head. And the "hair" that sits under his baseball cap that when removed, blows away and disintegrates in the stale air that surrounds him.
